By purchasing, downloading, or using XAUXPERT BOT you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

• 6-Months Access: Non-transferable, single-account license valid for 6 months.
• Lifetime License: Permanent, non-transferable license locked to 1 active account.
• Source Code (MQL): Full source ownership; unlimited accounts; customization rights granted.

2. Trading Risk

Forex and precious metals trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You accept all responsibility for trading decisions and losses.

3. Prohibited Use

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software without authorization.
• Reverse-engineering compiled binaries (except where permitted with the MQL Source plan).

4. Support

Support is provided 24/7 via WhatsApp and Instagram. Response times vary by plan (Standard, Priority, VIP).

5. Termination

We may revoke a license for breach of these Terms. Time-limited licenses expire automatically at the end of their term.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAUEPERT is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of the Service.
